Please read these Terms carefully. By using BNPi you agree to them.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all users of BNPi, including both guests and hosts. BNPi is a decentralized accommodation platform built on the Pi Network ecosystem.
Consent requirement: You must accept these Terms of Service in order to (a) create or submit a listing and (b) complete a booking or payment flow. If you do not accept the Terms, these functions are not available.
2. Use of the Platform
All users must be authenticated via the official Pi Network login.
Use of the platform is restricted to lawful purposes only.
Users agree not to misuse the platform or submit false data or listings.
3. Host Responsibilities
By listing a property, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized to offer the property for booking.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are either the legal owner of the property or have clear authority to list it. You also agree that BNPi is not liable for any false information submitted. Deliberate misinformation may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing content including title, description, pricing, images, and availability.
You must ensure uploaded images are your own or you have the right to use them.
All listings are subject to review and approval by BNPi moderators before going live.
Calendar spacing: Hosts agree to maintain reasonable spacing between stays. The platform prevents selections that would newly create a 1‑day gap directly next to an existing booking. Back‑to‑back stays (same‑day turnover) are allowed. Existing 1‑day gaps that were already present in the calendar may remain unchanged.
Date semantics: Availability is handled in local time. Nights are calculated with check‑in (inclusive) and check‑out (exclusive). Unless specified in the listing, default times are check‑out 11:00 AM and check‑in 03:00 PM.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are made in Pi cryptocurrency.
Once a booking is confirmed, it forms a direct agreement between the guest and the host.
Disputes, cancellations, or no‑shows must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Calendar rules (guest view): The booking calendar enforces spacing automatically. Selections that would newly introduce a 1‑day gap adjacent to an existing stay are blocked. Same‑day turnover is permitted where enabled by the host. A minimum stay of 1 night is required.
Same‑day turnover: Guests may book back‑to‑back stays where the host allows it. Unless otherwise stated, default times are check‑out by 11:00 AM and check‑in from 03:00 PM (local time).
Time zones: All dates and times are interpreted in the property’s local time zone to avoid UTC shifts or unintended offsets.
4.1 Cancellations & Refunds
Listings on BNPi may use one of the following cancellation policies. Time windows are measured against the property’s local 03:00 (PM) check‑in reference time. Refunds apply to nights only. The policy fee is never refunded and is excluded from Host/Partner payouts.
Full refund of all nights if you cancel at least 30 days before the 03:00 PM (local) check‑in reference time.
Between 7 and 30 days before check‑in: only 50% of nights are refundable.
Less than 7 days before check‑in: no refund of nights.
The policy fee (1%) is never refunded and is excluded from Host/Partner payouts.
Additional terms:
Availability release: when a booking is cancelled, unneeded blocked nights are returned to availability.
Currency: Refunds are issued in Pi (booking currency). Any USD display is informational only.
No‑shows: count as a cancellation after the applicable window.
Disputes: Guest and Host should communicate directly. BNPi may provide logs but is not a party to the contract.
5. Service Commission
BNPi charges a 7% service commission on completed bookings. This may be automatically deducted or manually processed depending on the payment flow.
From this 7%, the distribution is as follows:
1% is reserved either for the referring partner (if a referral code was used) or allocated to an emergency fund in the absence of a referral.
1% is pooled and donated annually to charitable or community‑focused organizations.
5% remains with BNPi to fund platform maintenance, development, office infrastructure, and team salaries.
6. Data Use
We collect only minimal data necessary to operate the platform. This includes your Pi username, listing data, and booking details. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
7. KYC and Verification
To maintain platform integrity, BNPi may request Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) verification from users or hosts at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension of platform access.
8. Referral & Partner Program
Users may participate by generating a unique referral code via their account. When a new user submits a listing using this code, the partner will be linked to that listing. The referring partner is eligible to receive 1% of every completed booking made through listings created via their referral code.
All rewards are subject to verification and fair use. Abuse — including self‑referrals, spam, or fraudulent behavior — may lead to removal from the program or account suspension.
9. Influencer Program
BNPi is launching an official Influencer Program to build a strong, decentralized global community. Influencers act as representatives in their countries, helping to promote the platform, support local partners, and share verified updates.
9.1 Eligibility and Selection
Anyone can participate by submitting a video (WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES) about BNPi using the hashtags #BNPI #IP #YourCountry.
Submission deadline: November 30th (could be extended if there are too few participants).
The two most‑viewed videos per country will be shortlisted.
Final selection considers view count, creativity, accuracy, and alignment with BNPi’s values.
9.2 Responsibilities
Act as BNPi’s official representative in your country.
Create and share content about BNPi updates, partnerships, events, and opportunities.
Assist national partners with visibility and promotions.
Participate in feedback and planning sessions with the BNPi team.
This role is a full‑time opportunity with reward‑based incentives.
9.3 Rewards
Selected country influencers receive 1% of all bookings made by partners within their country (if applicable).
Additional perks include early access to events, updates, and resources.
9.4 Legal and Ethical Obligations
Influencers must act in alignment with BNPi’s mission and values.
Dissemination of false, misleading, or harmful information may result in removal, suspension of payouts, and public disassociation.
9.5 Content Sources & Verification
Refer to the official BNPi account of Bojka52 on Fireside for accurate news and material.
Content representing official updates must be approved for factual accuracy.
9.6 Community‑Centered Vision
This initiative relies on the Pioneer community. As BNPi grows, we aim to reward everyone contributing to the platform’s development and build a community‑powered ecosystem.
Note: This program prepares for upcoming on‑location events and long‑term global expansion.
10. Limitation of Liability
BNPi acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, behavior of users, or fulfillment of bookings. Use of the platform is at your own risk. BNPi disclaims liability for damages, losses, or disputes between users.
11. Payouts
We are working on implementing and optimizing the payout system. This section will be updated with details on how and when payouts will be processed.
12. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version of the Terms of Service.
